David Bradbrook
BSc (Hons) MCSP
Chartered Physiotherapist
Specialist Physiotherapist
David’s 22 years experience as a chartered physiotherapist gives him an expert understanding of the treatment of all injuries, including acute, chronic and in the sporting environment. He is vastly experienced in post-operative rehabilitation, chronic injuries and rehabilitation to both recreational and elite levels. David does have a specialist interest the treatment of upper limb disorders and complex shoulder injuries, but not exclusively.
During the last 22 years of practice, he has really developed his ‘hands-on’ treatment skills. He finds injuries/conditions respond so well to the soft tissue releasing, mobilisation/manipulation, shockwave therapy and acupuncture. This always gives the tissues a really good head start to respond to a strengthening programme and/or stretching programme. David is a big believer in normalising both functional movement patterns and strength to the injured areas in question.
David was very lucky to have a good grounding at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London for 6 years and has gained invaluable knowledge/experience working alongside the expert physiotherapists here at WPB over the last 16 years.
